Important changes to Google Maps

clip_image001Google have announced changes to the Google Maps Platform which powers the maps and driving directions on websites.Google Maps was a totally free service and you weren’t required to provide any billing details to use it on your website.On June 11th 2018 the Google Maps service will change. There will be a free tier with an extremely generous usage allowance before any charges apply. However, Google will now require your billing details - even within the free tier.If you find that after June 11th the maps on your website aren’t displaying the way they should then please contact us and we will do our best to provide a solution.If you have any questions prior to June 11th then please contact us.
